Policies and Procedures
Cancellation of your reservation requires 72 hour notice prior to your scheduled arrival. Unlike large chain motels and resorts, we do not overbook rooms. Your room is reserved for you alone from the time you book your stay. For this reason, once within the cancellation period, we are unable to accomodate cancellations and you will be charged one night's stay to the credit card on file.
Arrival and Departure
Check in times vary to meet your needs. We try to allow early, as well as late check-in as requested. As a small, family owned motel we do not have a 24-hour front desk. If you will be arriving later than 7:00 pm, please make arrangements by calling us @ 775-847-0551. We will be happy to accommodate your check in needs. Winter hours may vary, please call for winter hours.
For the continued comfort of all our guests, all rooms are non-smoking. We have comfortable smoking areas outside for your use.
For your safety we have installed a new fire alarm monitoring system; SMOKING IN ANY ROOM WILL SET OFF THE ALARM.
The fire alarm monitoring company can determine which room caused the alarm to activate. There will be a $200.00 charge to the card on file for that room. If you hear a horn and/or see a strobe light, please quickly exit your room.
Although we love pets, at this time we are sorry to say we are not accepting pets.
Our guestrooms have either single queen or double queen beds. Single queen rooms are able to accommodate up to a maximum of 2 adults. Our double queen rooms are able to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 adults. Please note that at this time we do not have roll-away beds.
